Brandon Sanderson's Secret Project Book Three Title is Unmasked!

Information about the third book of the Secret Project has been revealed to the world! Brandon Sanderson has revealed the title of the book and released the first seven chapters of the story on his website. While we won’t be discussing the chapters here, you can click the link to go to his website and find the chapters there. The title that was revealed for this third story is Yumi and the Nightmare Painter. This is a Cosmere related story and again involves Hoid narrating the story (same as Book One of the Secret Project), but Brandon wrote him with a different storytelling voice. The first book was more of a fairytale type angle, while this one is more dramatic. Sanderson explains that this story was influences of manga, Final Fantasy X, with some Korean culture influences, and a little Japanese culture mixed in too.

This is the third book that will be released during the Year of Sanderson and will be released in July 2023.
